Steve
Godfrey | President & CEO
Known for his emphatic drive for success and highly effective leadership skills,
Steve Godfrey graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BS degree in
Chemical Engineering. He has a 25-year engineering and management career with
DOE and their prime contractors at the Hanford and INEEL Sites and has gained
a reputation for being the consummate professional. Drive, reputation, and determination
led Steve to to start GForce Engineering & Technology, Inc.
Mario
Pereira | Vice President & QA Manager
Known for his result-oriented leadership and engineering experience, Mario Pereira
earned a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University.
He has a 15-year relationship working at Hanford providing project management
and engineering expertise for numerous DOE prime contractors. In 2002 Mario
joined GForce responsible for business development, contracting, quality assurance,
project management and implementating GForce’s NQA-1 QA Program.
Ray
Hernandez | Senior Project Manager
After earning a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College Ray
Hernandez began his 26-year career as an electrical engineer, and senior instrument
and controls engineer. Ray served as project manager responsible for design,
fabrication, construction, and testing of the Fuel Transfer System. In 2002,
Ray joined GForce focusing on management support utilizing his expertise in
electrical and control systems design, installation, testing, startup, and operations.
Harold
Mashaw | Engineering Manager
After serving in the U.S. Navy Harold Mashaw spent the next 23 years in project
management and engineering for DOE and their prime contractors at the Hanford
and INEEL Sites. He has expertise in leading mechanical engineering teams to
design, fabricate, and install nuclear fuel handling equipment, supporting startup
testing and turnover of the Fuel Retrieval System and Fuel Transfer System projects.
In 2002, Harold joined GForce, managing the engineering and design team.
Pat
Young | Senior Project Engineer
With a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State
University and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State
University, Pat Young began his career as a field engineer in 1988. He’s
worked at Hanford as a senior project engineer providing project management
and engineering for DOE projects. In May 2002 Pat joined GForce as a senior
project engineer. He provides engineering support at the INEEL Site for the
AMWTP as the design manager.
